Vaccine Information
ADPH is currently in phase 1B+ of the State Vaccination Plan. To view ADPH’s Vaccination plan, click here. Beginning February 8, 2021, ADPH will extend eligibility to individuals 65 and older as well as the following:
– First responders
– Corrections officers
– Food an agriculture workers
– U.S. Postal Service Workers
– Manufacturing Workers
– Grocery Store Workers
– Public Transit Workers
– Education (teachers, support staff, community college and higher education)
– Childcare Workers
– Judiciary
Where Can I Receive the Vaccine?
Druid City Hospital
Between February 8 – February 12, DCH will vaccinate 1,000 people a day, with a goal of vaccinating 5,000 people during that week. Hours of operation are from 6:30am – 8:30pm. Following the announcement from ADPH, DCH increased their appointments to 5,000. At this time all appointment slots have been filled but those who are eligible may still schedule future appointments. Walmart and Sam’s Club
Walmart and Sam’s Club will soon begin administering vaccines to eligible persons at select locations. For more information and to schedule an appoint, visit Walmart.com/COVIDvaccine or Samsclub.com/covid.

What: Walk-In COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for enrolled veterans who are 55 and older
When: Friday, February 12 1:00pm-4:00pm, Saturday, February 13th 8:00am – 4:00pm, Sunday, February 14th 8:00am-4:00pm (while supplies last)
Where: Sports Atrium of building 137 (Near Woodland Road entrance)
